6 egg whites bitten meringue
1/2 cup of orange juice
2/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil
Beat well all wet ingredients together except the meringue.
Mix up all the solid ingredients and
Add them slowly in the mixture.
Lately pour the meringue slowly and gently stirring with a spoon the mixture.
Oil a cake tin and place in the mixture.
Preheat the oven to 170 C degrees and bake for one hour. |
