4 - 5 potatoes
4 eggplants
4 zucchinis
4 tomatoes
3 - 4 onions
2 - 3 cloves garlic
4 peppers (green and red)
1 cup of parsley finely cut
2 cups olive oil
salt and pepper
Wash all ingredients and cut them in pieces.
Place them in a large pan, add salt
and pepper combining them well.
Pour the olive oil on top.
Cook over moderate fire.
During the cooking add some water. |
