Mussles "Sahanaki"

400gr. of fresh mussels (without their shells)
2 shots of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Some green hot pepper, (According to taste!)
100gr. of feta cheese
Oregano
Freshly-ground black pepper

Wash the mussels the pepper and cut the feta cheese in small cubes. On a deep fry you add 1/4 of cup of water to boil. You add the Extra virgin olive oil, the hot green pepper and let them boil for 3 minutes. You then add the feta cheese and let it boil for a couple of minutes more. Add the mussels. Allow for 2 more minutes to boil and turn the heat off. Add the oregano and serve.
