4 cups spinach cut in pieces
1 cup mushrooms fresh cut in slices
2 minced fresh onion
1 cup celery
3-4 radish cut in slices.
Dressing
½ cup of extra virgin oil
1 cup of red pepper cut in small pieces
1 sardine cleaned and squeezed
½ tsp salt
Green pepper
Wash and cut the spinach. Add the mushrooms, onion, celery and radish. Stir well all ingredients and pour over the salad the dressing. |
