| Grill Fish souse |
3/4 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 soup spoon of thin sliced parsley
Salt
Freshly-ground black pepper
Try to taste a grill fish (any!) adding on top of it the following souse. Simply blend all the ingredients and add according to qantity on top of a grilled fish while hot! Enjoy it. |
