| Grilled Vegetables (Starter for 2) |
1 aubergine
1 courgette
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 tomato
1 clove
rosemary
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Wash and cut the vegetables in thin slices. Put some rosemary on top of sliced vegetables and Grill them. Bare in mind that various vegetables take different cooking times! Aubergine and courgette takes a bit less than peppers, while tomato needs only a couple of minutes to grill.
Take vegetables off the grill while ready and place on a plate. While hot, add some salt and some "Agourelaion" on top of them. |
