Extra virgin olive oil in 250ml and 500ml (Agourelaion,Coronelaion).

There is also a special diversity with an acidity below 0, 3 available in 250ml bottles only.

All of our Olive oils besides that they belong to the category of "Extra Virgin Olive Oil", they are 100% natural product which means that they have been extracted following the "cold pressing" method.

The available varieties of Olive Oils have the following characteristics and differences:

The first one, "Agourelaion "(Early Harvest), is marked with the exceptional merit, that it is extruded from early harvested olives which renders a lime-cloudy color and a fruitier, almond-y taste and - from ancient to modern times - is considered the "creme-de-la-creme" of Olive oils, It comes from a selected area in northern Peloponnesus. Unfortunately, the available quantities are very limited, as early harvested olives produce less juice.

The second one, "Coronelaion", is another high class Olive oil coming from an area nearby the ancient city of Sparta in southern Peloponnesus. It has a distinctive fruity aroma, green color, balanced taste somewhere between sweet and bitter and it comes with a surprisingly long duration of aftertaste. It is of similar quality and purity with "Agourelaion ", with its main difference being its better availability due to its nature (it is not early harvested).

Extra Virgin Olive Oil can also be bottled in different shapes and sizes.

Research has shown that Olive oil is a very complex mixture of components which affect its stability, this is why you should avoid clear olive oil bottles and purchase olive oil in dark glass bottles instead, and you should store your olive oil away from light and high temperatures. Many experts believe that olive oil sold in clear bottles and stored on the top shelf of a supermarket under strong lights lose some of their profound health benefits and flavor after being subjected to these conditions for a period of time.
